Recreation Passes may be used as a form of fee payment.
Within developed recreation sites, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, or otherwise under physical restrictive control. 36 CFR 261.16(j)

Directions
This trailhead is located in the Sutton Campground.
From Florence, Oregon drive 4 miles north on Highway 101. Turn left on Sutton Outlet Road. Drive 1 mile to the campground.
There are several trailheads throughout the campground.
