Directions
Take Highway 395 south of Ukiah, OR, about 15 miles to the intersection with Forest Road 55 (on east side of highway). Turn left on Road 55 for approximately 1 mile, then turn right (south) onto Forest Road 10. Travel Forest Road 10 for about 17 miles to Welch Creek Campground. Trail begins adjacent to the toilet.
