Kelsay Valley Campground
The Kelsay Valley Horse Campground is located along the beautiful Wild and Scenic North Umpqua River. With five campsites available where you can hear the North Umpqua Rivers as it rushes through a lush high Cascade meadow. Brilliant colors can be seen in the spring as flowers explode into various purples, reds, yellows, greens, and white. Kelsay Valley Horse Camp is designed to accommodate pack and saddle use as well as standard camping. Nearby a trailhead provides access to Porcupine Connect Trail #1412A, which leads to the North Umpqua Trail #1414, and Windigo Pass Trail #1412. There are not garbage services at this campground, so please be prepared to pack out your trash.

No Campground Host
- Quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- Campfires allowed in developed fire pits when conditions allow. Please see current Alerts and Fire Danger Status at the top of this page. Learn more about current fire information on the Umpqua National Forest.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- OHV/ATV use prohibited in the campground.
- Maximum length of stay anywhere on the forest is 14 days.

Directions
From Roseburg, OR, travel east on OR-138 / Diamond Lake Boulevard for about 74 miles. Turn left onto Forest Road 60 (Windigo Pass Road). Follow for 4.5 miles, and then turn right onto Forest Road 6000-958. Drive 1.5 miles to the end of the road to Kelsay Valley Horse Camp and Trailhead
