Jobs in Priority Watersheds - Respect the River Phase 2
Second phase of planning for the Respect the River program on the district, located along the Upper Middle Fork Willamette River and Staley Creek. The project will minimize resource impacts at dispersed campsites and improve riparian health. Work will include reducing the number of user created trails, limiting site size, limiting motor vehicle access to the riparian zone, scarifying or subsoiling compacted soils, planting native vegetation, and displaying educational Respect the River signage.
