National Interagency Fire Center

Located in Boise Idaho, the National Interagency Fire Center (NFIC) is the nationwide clearinghouse for information on current wildland fire status and national situation reports for earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions and terrorist attacks.
Southern Area Coordinating Group

The Southern Area Coordinating Group (SACC) is established to provide an interagency approach to wildland fire management and all-risk incident support on all land ownerships within the 13 southern states and Puerto Rico regions of the United States.
