This project (on the Medford-Park Falls District of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Price County, WI) is currently being implemented. The project consists primarily of timber harvest to maintain and restore forest type composition, age, and structure as outlined in the Forest Plan. The area is primarily to be managed for conifer species, but hardwood and aspen are well represented within the landscape.
