White Cloud City Campground & North CountryTrail Spur Loop
Construct 2.65 miles of hiking trail as part of a 13 mile loop trail to connect to the city campground and school system property. Trail tread will be 18 to 24 inches wide, with addtional clearing of 12 inches on both sides of the trail.
