DCP Pipeline Extraction Project
To allow DCP to extract a 4" pipeline extraction 4 feet underground which extends 2.74 miles on FS lands. Minimal disturbance would occur along the majority of the 10 foot wide right-of-way (ROW). A bulldozer will be used to extract pipe sections.
