It is prohibited to use any registered or licensed all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), utility-terrain vehicles (UTVs), go-carts, golf carts, dirt bikes, street-legal special purpose vehicles or any other motor vehicle that is not licensed or certified under West Virginia State law for general operation on all public roads within the State on any National Forest System road within the Monongahela National Forest, as shown on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, dated May 2020. 36 CFR § 261.54(a).
