Meeks Bay day use area is located between Sugar Point Park and D.L. Bliss state parks on Highway 89 on the west shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Meeks Bay day use area and offers a beautiful picnic area and easy access to Lake Tahoe for swimming and kayaking. Please note: Campfires (wood and charcoal) are not permitted on the beach.

Meeks Bay day use area is located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, off Highway 89, approximately 10 miles south of Tahoe City and eight miles north of Emerald Bay.
