Inspection Forms

Inspection forms are available from regional Web sites on the Forest Service's internal computer network or from local units. Sources for forms include:

Use the plot form required in your area, following the written instructions carefully. The instructions must explain how many trees can be allowed on a plot, how to subtract for unplantable spots, how to subtract for wasted trees, how to record the condition of trees (aboveground and belowground), and how to calculate quality. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly in the order specified; failure to do so can change the results.
