Anaconda Job Corps heavy equpiment operator students help improve the Flint Creek Campground on the Pintler Ranger District
The reputation and quality of work performed by the Anaconda Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center’s Heavy Equipment Operator program is no a secret amongst national forests in Montana. Students in the program, taught by members of the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), learn their trade by working on actual job sites and volunteer service projects and attending related classroom instruction and field training. IUOE places great pride in ensuring that its members stay on top of technological advances in construction equipment.
