Boxelder Job Corps staff spiff up the center in anticipation of students’ return

Boxelder Special Education Teacher Zelda Anderson discovered she has mad painting skills. Anderson completely repainted the men’s bathroom in the center’s Education Building, sanding the stalls and then using tractor paint to make them look brand new.
