Pine Ridge Job Corps carpentry students help preserve historic structures at Fort Robinson State Park
Jerry Berggren, of Berggren Architects, helped guide the project and structured it as workshop demonstration project to develop a new generation of craftsmen. It was a win-win for everyone involved and, working under a master craftsmen Randal Weber and Jakeb Geisert, the Pine Ridge carpentry students added wooden door restoration techniques to their repertoire of carpentry skills.
