HRM: Submit restored leave requests for 2020 by March 1
What you need to know
HRM is accelerating the deadline to submit restored annual leave requests from April 1, 2021 to March 1, 2021.
Employees with documented, approved annual leave who had their leave cancelled to complete critical Forest Service business may request to have their leave restored. Please review the BusOps memo (internal link) for information about restored annual leave.
If you need to submit a request to restore annual leave, please use the following employee checklist (internal link) for requesting restored annual leave that is located on HRM’s leave website (internal link).
For the Cares Act: Employees who provided COVID support and charged work hours to a COVID accounting code in Paycheck8 will automatically have their leave restored per the CARES ACT. These employees were sent an email in November and December 2020 on their status and do not need to submit an application to have their leave restored.
