2021 CFC Cause of the Week: Faith-based
“Faith consists in believing when it is beyond the power of reason to believe.” – Voltaire
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Each of us demonstrates faith in different ways. For some, faith permeates daily life. For others, faith becomes more relevant when times get tough. The CFC charities that support these faith-based efforts range in belief systems, each of them seeking to make the world a better place for all.
Through supporting communities spiritually and physically, faith-based services provide shelters for our homeless residents, feed the hungry, care for our sick and elderly, and educate our children through youth programs. They even often provide resources and counseling services during challenging times.
The CFC makes it easy for all of us to change the world. Your donation to faith-based cause areas helps improve spiritual and emotional well-being for individuals and families in our communities. Many of these efforts are on the front-line of welfare services ranging in our places of worship to community centers. Join the CFC community today and become a changemaker.
