Drought Workshop Summaries
Drought workshops held across the country were attended by Forest Service staff, researchers, and partners. Workshop participants examined the role drought or water surplus plays in delivering a suite of ecosystem services, such as carbon sequestration, wood fiber, clean and abundant water, critical habitat for plants, fish and wildlife, and for recreation on forests, grasslands, and rangelands.
