Program Progress Reports

As required by the U.S. Department of State, program sponsors of Exchange Visitor Programs must monitor the progress of program participants.  Host Advisors of long-term visitors should complete the Program Progress Report form with their Exchange Visitor at the mid-point of the program. For programs exceeding 6 months in duration, they should complete the progress report every 4 months. Once completed, the form should be submitted to the International Programs Office. The IVP Specialist will send an email reminder and request to complete the reports prior to the due dates.

All Host Advisors and Visitors, regardless of length of the visitor’s program, should submit a J-1 Program Completion Notification/Departure Report. This Departure Report will be emailed to Hosts and Visitors approximately 60-30 days prior to the program end date.
