WASHINGTON, DC—Each year, federal employees have an opportunity to provide feedback to their agency by responding to the Office of Personnel Management Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey.  FEVS provides consistent, reliable, and actionable information to all levels of government, from front-line managers to governmentwide leadership and program and policy offices.

The 2022 FEVS will run until mid-July, and you should have received an email inviting you to participate. The survey was sent to all employees who were on board in November 2021. It is the only national work environment-related survey the agency will be sending out this year. The survey can be completed in approximately 20-30 minutes, and you are allowed ‘01’ time to complete it. All responses are confidential.

Invitations to complete the survey were sent from EVAG@opm.gov, and each employee has a unique survey link.
