WASHINGTON, D.C.—The Wildland Fire Mitigation and Management Commission wants to hear from you!

Please submit your ideas for fire policy changes, particularly as they relate to the workforce: compensation, recruitment and retention, staffing structures, and meeting the challenge of meeting workforce capacity (including support structures such as housing, health and well-being).

The workgroup will consider all recommendations and decide what to refer to the full commission. Responses will not be provided due to the timeline and anticipated volume of suggestions. Recommendations are due by April 21.
