WASHINGTON, DC—On Thursday, June 8, Deputy Chief Jaelith Hall-Rivera, State, Private, and Tribal Forestry, testified before the Senate Committee on Natural Resources.

The hearing examined the federal response to escalating wildfires and to evaluate reforms to land management and wildland firefighter recruitment and retention.
