Gordon "Gordie" Blum accepted the position of director for Recreation, Heritage and Volunteer Resources in the National Forest System. Blum has been serving as acting director since September 2022.

Deana Wall accepted the position of fire management specialist for Fire & Aviation Management Integrations in the Alaska and Pacific Northwest Regions (R10/R6). Wall currently serves as the business and planning staff officer for the Deschutes National Forest and Ochoco National Forest and Crooked River National Grassland in the Pacific Northwest Region (R6).
