WASHINGTON, DC—Who among us hasn’t felt disconnected, siloed or in need of support and engagement from our colleagues, peers or leadership? No matter what position, program or grade in the Forest Service we hold, nearly everyone has experienced situations where they needed more information, improved relationships, or organizational changes to be effective.

Senior Leader Program’s Bridging the Divides Team is seeking your perspective on what’s worked (and what hasn’t) to establish connection and improve relationships. Specifically, they’re investigating how relationships, communication and organization influence divides and where to focus efforts most urgently to bridge them.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. The team hopes to use the results in combination with data from the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey to recommend agency shifts and influence further actions to connect employees to each other and improve the working environment for all.
