Patricia Mogilski accepted the position of director of the Public Affairs & Communication staff for the Pacific Southwest Region (R5). Mogilski currently serves as a congressional relation specialist with USDA-Rural Development.

Dr. Jeffrey "Frenchy" Morisette accepted the position of acting director for Landscape Restoration and Ecosystem Services Research, Research & Development, Washington, D.C., effective Feb. 25. Morisette currently serves as director of the Human Dimensions Program, Rocky Mountain Research Station, in Fort Collins, Colorado. He is filling in behind Dr. John Rothlisberger, who will be going on a Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program developmental assignment to the Office of the Chief Scientist.
