HRM: 2025 performance plan deadline extended to Dec. 16

The USDA Human Resources Management Office (OHRM) has extended the deadline to December 16, 2024, for issuing FY2025 Performance Plans using the eHR Apps EPMA system accessible through ConnectHR.

Supervisors will need to ensure performance plans are developed and established by the rating official, approved by the reviewing official, and issued to employees no later than December 16, 2024.

Supervisor Duties
Log into ConnectHR and select the eHR Apps web link located on the left side tool bar to access EPMA. Remember to include supplemental standards and measures specific to an employee’s position that aligns with USDA Forest Service goals.

Reminder
The FY2024 annual performance rating period ended on September 30, 2024. The deadline to complete the FY2024 performance ratings was October 30, 2024.

Employees and supervisors impacted by the recent natural disasters, such as Hurricanes Helene and Milton, along with ongoing wildfires have an extended deadline of November 30, 2024, to complete FY2024 annual performance ratings.

Training Sessions
Human Resources Management will host training sessions in November and December for supervisors. Session dates and times are listed below and additional information is posted on the HRM website. Closed captioning and American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretive services will be available. All times listed are in Mountain Time (MT).
