Federal Government employees who are paid using the General Schedule pay plan, including Law Enforcement Officers, will be receiving an average 2% pay increase for 2025; the pay raise will be effective on Jan. 12, 2025. 

The average 2% pay increase will vary for employees, based on their applicable locality pay rates associated with geographic locations.
