Hemingway-Boulders Wilderness

Lake Cleveland

Baker Lake Trailhead

This trailhead accesses Baker Lake Tr. No. 138 and the Osberg Ridgeline Tr. No. 147. Adams Gulch Trailhead

Adams Gulch Trailhead is the most popular trailhead on the Ketchum Ranger District. Located just outside of Ketchum, it provides a jumping off point for a quick hike on Sunnyside Trail, a bike ride down Forbiden Fruit, or a backcounty adventure to Fox Peak. Norton Lakes Trailhead

This trailhead provides access to the Norton Lakes, a pair of remote alpine lakes. Take a hike to the lakes, about 2.5 miles up Norton-Miner Canyon Tr. No. 135, or ride Norton Creek-Prarie Creek Tr. No. 134, open to singletrack motor vehicles from May 1 - Nov. 30. A vault toilet is scheduled to be installed in summer 2024, as well as a new bridge and information kiosk. 

Fox Creek Trailhead

This trailhead serves several popular trails, including Fox Cr. Loop Tr. No. 149 and Chocolate Gulch Tr. No. 312. There is also one picnic site, an interpretive display with map, and a vault toilet. Trails accessible from this trailhead are closed to all motor vehicles, including e-bikes. Hitching rails and trailer parking are provided for stock users. 

Greenhorn Trailhead

Greenhorn Trailhead is one of the busiest motorized trailheads on the Ketchum Ranger District. All designated trails in the Greenhorn drainage are open to singletrack motorized use, including dirtbikes and e-bikes. Area trails are also popular with stock users. Baumgartner Group Site 100

Group Site near Baumgartner Campground that can be reserved on recreation.gov for large group events. Site contains 9 camping sites, 2 vault toilets, and a covered picnic shelter. 

Pioneer Cabin Trailhead

This trailhead serves the Pioneer Cabin Tr. No. 122 and Long Gulch Tr. No. 123. There are also two picnic sites, each featuring a fire ring and picnic table. A hitching rail and limited trailer parking are provided for stock users. A vault toilet is located at the trailhead.

Trail Creek Trailhead

The trailhead is located immediately east of Boundary Campground and Picnic Area. It serves the Trail Creek Tr. No. 305 and the Corral Creek Tr. No. 325. The trails are also accessable from pull-offs along Trail Creek Road. Vault toilets and drinking water are available in the picnic area. Please keep dogs on leash within the developed area.

Laguna Mountain Lodge

The Laguna Lodge is located on the beautiful Sunrise Scenic Byway at 6,000 feet elevation on Laguna Mountain. The lodge is 1 hour from San Diego, 2 hours from Yuma, AZ and enjoys all four seasons including winter snow. The lodge is a service partner with the Cleveland National Forest and provides Cabins (cabañas) y (Cuartos simples) and Motel Rooms with Fire Places for the public.

Bear Valley Trailhead

Bear Valley Trailhead is located off of the Pine Valley Rd. exit of I-8 and is one of the closest OHV opportunities in the Greater San Diego Area.
