Alcohol & Target Shooting Restrictions

Pursuant to 16 U.S.C., § 551, and 36 C.F.R., § 261.50(a), the following acts are prohibited within the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland, as described below (the "restricted area"). The restricted area is located in Boulder, Clear Creek, Gilpin, Grand, Jackson, Jefferson, Larimer, Park, and Weld Counties, Colorado, as depicted on the attached map, which is hereby incorporated into the Order as Exhibit A. The purpose of this Order is for the protection of public health and safety, and resource protection.
