Picnicking

Enjoy the Forest at one of our picnic sites with tables and great views!

Picnicking - Single

The Forest offers picnicking opportunities in developed areas throughout the area, with amenities like picnic tables, vault toilets, and fire grates or rings, and some areas may require fees or reservations.

Day-use areas are generally open from sunrise to sunset and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Some picnic areas may charge a fee.

Check for fire restrictions before starting a campfire, as fire danger levels can vary.

Be prepared to pack out all trash, as onsite garbage service may be limited or unavailable.
