The Fillmore Ranger District is in the northwest portion of the Fishlake National Forest The 464,700 acres managed by the district extend across the Pahvant Mountain range, east of Interstate 15, and the Canyon Mountain range, west of Interstate 15 in three counties; Millard, Sevier, and Juab.
A number of motorized trails and roads provide riders an opportunity to experience the beauty of the district, as well as connect with trails to other areas. Additionally, hiking trails, campgrounds, and streams allow visitors to enjoy a variety of outdoor experiences. The area is home to elk, deer, and black bear, as well as other species of animals.
Visitors should keep an eye out as rattlesnakes are found in many areas.
