Special orders are legal documents drafted to address management concerns. Special orders are signed by Regional Foresters or Forest Supervisors and vary in duration. The orders posted here are available for viewing at the Sawtooth National Forest office nearest the area affected and the Forest Headquarters. The orders may also be posted at campgrounds, day-use areas, and on recreation and portable bulletin boards near the affected area.
