Echo Lake Campground

Echo Lake Campground is near Echo Lake and walking distance to the Caribou Wilderness. It is a dispersed campground.  A maximum of 8 people per site is allowed.

Current Conditions
Likely closed for multiple seasons due to fire damage. Unsafe to occupy due to hazardous trees.

General Information

Echo Lake was heavily affected by the Dixie Fire and will stay closed until further notice.

  • Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am
  • Campfires allowed only in provided fire rings
  • 1 vehicle and 8 persons allowed in each campsite
  • Pets must remain on a leash or confined at all times
  • Site must be occupied each night after equipment is set up/left in a campsite
  • Fireworks and tiki torches prohibited
