Sierra Campground

Sierra Campground is located seven miles north east of Sierra City on the North Yuba River along Hwy 49. There are 16 campsites, vault toilets and river water source-purify before drinking.The campground overlooks the river and is surrounded by fir trees.

Typically stays open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Camping outside designated campground is prohibited in this area

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $20/night.
Additional Vehicle: $5/night.
Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount to Single Campsites ONLY.
*The discount applies only to the fee for the campsite physically occupied by the pass holder, not to any additional fee or campsite(s) occupied by members of the pass holder's party.*
