Devil's Lake Trail Reroute/South Sister Climber Trail Reroute
Reroute South Sister Climber Trail section from Devil's Lake Trailhead to use the existing undercrossing with the Elk's Devil Lake Trail. This will replace the surface crossing on the Cascade Lake Highway.
