Midstate - BNSF Railroad New Line Install
This would authorize Midstate to install about 100 feet of line to connect to the BNSF Rail for rail heaters and signals. They trench would be 2 feet wide and 3 feet deep for the conduit. Another line 10 feet long would connect the line to pedestal.
