Midstate Electric Cooperative Transmission Line Upgrade
Upgrade powerline from Gilchrist to Diamond Lake Junction under Midstate Electric Cooperative's special use permit. MEC will replace outdated wooden poles, consolidate transmission/distribution lines, and update their power infrastructure.
