Armstrong Campground

Armstrong Campground is a small campground, right on the edge of the Clackamas Wild and Scenic River. The river flows right by spacious, family-friendly campsites, giving visitors plenty of access to the river.

This campground was damaged during the Riverside Fire. Be careful in burned areasWatch out for burned trees, eroded slopes, mudslides, missing trails, or possible flash floods.

Reopening in 2025 for the first time since the Riverside Fire.

This campground is first come, first served and does not take reservations.

Open 24 hours/day

Camping: 50% discount for single site camping with the Interagency Access Pass or Senior Passes.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $18/night.
Additional Vehicle: $8/night.
