Located adjacent to Frog Lake Campground. The area provides access to enjoyable outdoor activities, including fishing and leisurely canoeing on the calm, mountain lake.

This site is operated by a concessionaire, Alaska Recreational Management.

From May 1 through October 31, the only recreation pass accepted in lieu of fee payment is the $30 Annual Northwest Forest Pass.
An Oregon Sno-Park permit is required November 1 - April 30.

Frog Lake Day Use is located in Frog Lake Campground on US Highway 26, 4.5 miles east of Oregon Highway 35.

From Government Camp, OR take US highway 26 East for 6.8 miles. Turn left on Forest Road 2610 and continue onto Frog Creek Road/Forest Road 2610 for about half a mile and take a right into the Frog lake Campground and Day Use area.
