Shellrock Lake Trailhead

This trailhead is accessed by a rough road and so high clearance vehicles are recommended. Access to the Shellrock Lake Trail #700. Shellrock Lake is geographically adjacent to Hideaway Lake and the Rock Lakes Basin lakes. It is a relatively short, easy hike into the lake. Douglas fir forest dominates the shore line of this small, pristine, high elevation lake. Plenty of parking for large rigs at the Frazier turnaround.
