Parking in Violation of Posted Instruction - Forestwide

Pursuant to 16 USC 551 and 36 CFR 261.50(a) and (b), the following acts are prohibited within
the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest:

1. Parking or leaving a vehicle in Violation of any Posted Instruction. For the purpose of
this order, this restriction applies to any vehicle that is parked or left in violation of any
posted sign or instruction. 36 CFR 261.58 (g)

This restriction is effective the date signed below and will remain in effect until rescinded.
Pursuant to Title 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this order:
1. Persons with a permit from the Forest Service specifically authorizing the otherwise
prohibited act or omission.
2. Any Federal, State or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting
force, in the performance of an official duty.
