Upper Kittitas County Rotary Snowmobile Ride Special Use Permit
To issue a 5 year permit for the Rotary Club to hold a snowmobile ride as a fund raiser for youth programs. Snowmobiles would remain on Forest Service system roads that are groomed in the winter. The event is held the third weekend in January.
