Byrd-Goat Fire Reforestation
In Sept. 2012, a significant lightning storm passed over central Washington igniting many wildfires on the Okanogan-Wenatchee N.F. The Byrd and Goat Mtn Fires occurred in low elevation ponderosa pine dominated stands and are in need of reforestation.
