Nice Campground
Small Group Site. This forested campground is located along Eightmile Creek, near a beaver pond. This small campground is good for small group camping.
Note: this campground was heavily impacted by the 2021 Cub Creek fire and is now an open sunny camp with many shrubs and grasses re-growing. A good location to access trails, scenic drives or walks on quiet forest roads.

Directions
From Winthrop, travel 8 miles north on West Chewuch Road (county road 1213) to Eight Mile Road (forest service road 5130). On paved Eight Mile Road #5130 drive 3 miles northwest along Eightmile Creek to Nice Campground on the left.
