Recreation Passes may be used as a form of fee payment.

Day use fee:
$5 per vehicle per day

Cash is not accepted at this location. Visitors can pay with a credit or debit card via the automated fee machine at the Horsfall Beach Road entrance station.

A variety of recreation passes will fulfill the day use fee. The Northwest Forest Pass, Oregon Pacific Coast Passport, digital day use pass, and interagency annual passes are valid at this location. 

Within developed recreation sites, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, or otherwise under physical restrictive control. 36 CFR 261.16(j)

Directions

From North Bend, OR, proceed north 1.5 miles to Transpacific Lane. Turn left and proceed 1 mile, turning right across the railroad tracks. Travel 100 feet turning right on Horsfall Beach Road. Proceed 1 1/4 miles and turn left into the Bluebill Trailhead.
