Horse Creek Campground

This is a horse camp along the Cape Mountain Trails.

Current Conditions
5/22/25: Forest Road 789 has not been maintained recently and may not be suitable for trailers or large campers. No water or trash service; please pack out your trash. Horse campgrounds are designed to accommodate people who need to corral their horses. We have a limited number of these kinds of campgrounds and ask, out of courtesy and safety for you and the horses, to consider camping in a different campground if you do not have a horse.
