Wild Mare Day Use

Wild Mare Day Use is located in the Wild Mare Campground and provides access to the Wild Mare Horse Trail.

Snowy Plover restrictions are in place March 15 - September 15.

General Information

A valid Recreation Pass may be used as a form of fee payment.

$5/vehicle/day

Within developed recreation sites, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, or otherwise under physical restrictive control. 36 CFR 261.16(j)

Getting There

Directions

From North Bend, OR proceed north 1.5 miles to Transpacific Lane. Turn left and proceed 1 mile, turning right across railroad tracks. Travel 100 feet turning right on Horsfall Beach Road. Proceed 1½ miles down Horsfall Road the Wild Mare Campground. Turn left into Wild Mare Campground. Day Use entrance is on the left.
