North Crater Lake Sno-Park
North Crater Sno-Park is located on Highway 138 just north of Crater Lake National Park. This sno-park provides access to Pacific Crest Trail #2000, which enters the Mt. Thielsen Wilderness to the north, and North Crater Trail #1410. Recreators who enjoy snowshoeing or cross-country skiing will enjoy the sites that North Crater Sno-Park has to offer.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Oregon State Sno-Park Parking Permit required November 1 through April 30
Recreation Passes may be used as a form of fee payment May 1 through Oct. 31.
- Quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- Campfires allowed in developed fire pits when conditions allow. Please see current Alerts and Fire Danger Status at the top of this page. Learn more about current fire information on the Umpqua National Forest.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- OHV/ATV use prohibited in the campground.
- Maximum length of stay anywhere on the forest is 14 days.

Directions
From Roseburg, OR, take OR-138 E / NE Diamond Lake Boulevard. Follow Highway 138 east for about 86 miles. Turn north off Highway 138 , one mile east of the Crater Lake National Park junction, onto Forest Road 4799. The trailhead is at the end of the road.
