Getting There
Directions
From Blue River, OR, travel 4 miles east on Highway 126 and turn right onto Forest Road 19 (Aufderheide). Continue right at the Y junction for 3 miles to the top of Cougar Reservoir. At the reservoir, continue south on Forest Road 19 for 12 miles and turn right (west) on Forest Road 1927. Continue uphill on this road to a large 6 way road junction on Hiyu Ridge. Grasshopper Trailhead is on the south side of this junction near the entrance to Forest Road 280.
