House Rock Trail #3406

Trail follows road uphill for 80' before crossing South Santiam River on bridge installed in 2013. From there the trail explores the landscape alongside the river up to the glorious House Rock Falls - 40 feet high. Feel the mist on your face as you watch the river pour down the cliff face. On your way to the falls you will discover a huge overhanging boulder that once sheltered pioneers from winter storms.

The upper portion of the trail connects with the Santiam Wagon Road Trail #3413.
