Columbia Co. and Plum Creek Land Exchange
The USFS proposes a land exchange in which Columbia Co. and Plum Creek would receive an easement to build 1/3mi. of railroad on the Osceola NF and the USFS would receive an easement for approximately 5mi. of trail (FNST) on Plum Creek land.
